FYI-Please, it is Sunday, November 17, 2013. Still trying to apply for medicaid as discovered just because have medicare, one is not automatically given medicaid and medicaid is used by many out of hospital health care facilities. In my continued research, I connected with an agent, Nancy for Health First and she said that they do not help with applying for medicaid and provided the number to call for the agency that does and that is (718) 557-1399. I called that number and got an AI voice indicating that an agent is available M-F from 8am - 7pm EST Monday thru Friday. Still CONFUSED as my paper application that was sent and I put with my other documents stored in Mams apartment cannot be found. There are many documents that were stored in her apartment that when searched for could no longer find. Huh? I am CONFUSED. Again, did you know that there is a statue of limitation put on legal suits in Tort Law, which means a set time period in which to bring the suit or barred, no longer allowed. There are no statue of limitations for suits brought in criminal law. It appears that it was HOPED that by the time I figured out how to get around the Militarys arcane regulation that an active duty soldier who is the victim of military medical malpractice may not sue the military for Medical Malpractice. When I shared with Ms. Gans, Esq., the legal aide attorney who helped with my petition to our Social Security Administration for Disability, which she won, as I helped her win, she was AMAZED. The fatal choice was April 20, 2009, when I was medically retired out of the Army with a 70% Service connected rated and placed on TDRL which finally removed as of June 25, 2013, with a 100% Service connected rating. Was I not suppose to be able to FORCE the Accountability as I suffered extension Cognitive Damage and have many psychiatric disorders? What DO You Freely THINK? I FORGIVE but WILL NEVER FORGET. So sad that the biological Mother-Rhonda actually put a price on my head. The mother was told that she is forgiven and Love the Mama as she is still in their as I SEE HER and she KNOWS that I STILL SEE HER. The 2013 Thanksgiving Holiday is quickly approaching, Thursday, November 28, 2013. Hindsight is ALWAYS 20/20-April 20, 2009 and then June 25, 2013-permanently separated with 100% Service Connection Rating. Understanding WHY I am so BUSY.
