Description Originally founded and staffed completely by volunteers, the Mastic Beach Jubilee Recovery Center began as a Community Organization Active in Disaster. After months of hard work, Episcopal Commmunity Services has enabled us to develop and maintain a long-term recovery program for the area. Our goal is to build community relationships, increase resilience and empower the residents of the Mastic/Shirley area to improve their lives.
