FYI The rates are more economical at this time of the year, but when someone looks at only staying 2 nights.....it seems too high for some renters. I tried to explain to someone that they stay 1 night or 10 nights....the cleaning fee is the same. For example, let take a small studio condo at $65/night for 2 nights + cleaning & taxes ( owners MUST CHARGE the REQUIRED Florida Lodging taxes). If you add all the charges, .you end up at about $213.98/2nts (MINIMUM) + $parking fee in many complex, so.....about $$106/nts. Take that same condo and rent it for 3 nights $287.18/3nts or $95.72/nts.....for 4 nights $360.38/4nts or $90/nts. .......Does this make sense? I thought everyone understood that concept , but after what someone told me the other day , I realized that NOT everyone knew that, so..... I hope this help understand why the rates seems so high on short getaway :-)
