FYI: With the further automation of PCs, I just figured something out, that others might be interested in knowing. In many cases, when we uninstall a licensed program, using their uninstaller, or through Revo Uninstaller or other tools, It may or may not send us to the programs home page asking if there was a problem. What the uninstaller program also does is to notify the company that the program has been uninstalled, so that it can be reinstalled with a license or key on a larger hard drive or a different computer. If a hard drive crashes or is erased, then we have to go through Customer Support to free up the flag that it is already validated/installed/whatever. For older PC hands like me, That means that the old method of erasing and reformatting a hard drive to clean it, or upgrading a PC isnt useful any more. We need to remove every piece of software from the older hard drive first.
