*FYI for anyone experiencing similar* Apparently theres a TSB for a putrid vinegar like smell coming from just the cold air vents, idk why she typed its coming from the a/c but that was just one of our many miscommunication issues today. Sheesh. Needless to say, I feel if you think a coil spring isolator is in your engine, you should not be f*ing working at the service desk!!! Or on vehicles period considering the technician couldnt find it in the engine, & they had to call me to ask me where its at. Even though my papers she had customer states that there is a spring/shock loose front drivers side... Really. Now, Ive never been one to claim I know a lot about cars, but I would know better than that.
