FYI regarding my article on Furnished/wire coated Rottweilers. frontierrots/wirecoat.htm On June 24, 2014 Juanita Marchesani Stahlgriff Rottweilers, Australia, contacted me asking if she could pass the information along to others. I told her that she was free to forward the page link. At this point Juanita wrote back that she wished to publish it in an Australian/International Rottweiler magazine and the info was needed by breeders. I then gave her conditional reproduction rights with a very rigid and strict criteria, part of which was that I was to receive a digital copy of the article. On June 25, 2014 I found her Facebook page and discovered that she had reproduced my article as a note on her wall on June 23 BEFORE asking permission. Not only that but she had edited/changed the article to reflect her personal views and did not give me author credit nor link to my page (a part of the criteria). I then sent Juanita an email asking her to reproduce the article in full, unedited/unchanged or to delete it or I would report it to Facebook. I told her she could still publish in a magazine as long as the pre approval of the article by myself and other criteria was adhered to. At this point Juanita blocked me from her Facebook page and I can only assume she intends to continue with the plagiarism of my article. She has not replied to my email at this time. I would ask you all, that should you see this article to know that her use is likely to be a strict violation of International Copyright law and unless verified by me as legitimate it is not.
