FYI –> A sobriety checkpoint is planned in Greene County Friday night. The Ohio State Highway Patrol says it will be conducted on Colonel Glenn Highway east of North Fairfield Road from 11:00 p.m. until 3:00 a.m. The OSP with work in conjunction with the Fairborn Police Department and Greene County Sheriff’s Office. Extra patrols will also be on the streets during those hours to catch impaired drivers. The OVI checkpoint is funded by state and federal grants.
