Facebook, I believe, is a social network forum for people to meet new people, interact & so on and bla bla bla.. But nowhere in the T&C statement does it state that you MUST fraternize with everyone online. I havent seen such. Sometime ago, I deleted a couple of close pals because all my timeline ever got from them was photos, photos & more photos. Some called me dramatic but I believe in sorrounding myself with people whove got something useful to offer me, at least on this platform. Outside facebook, were even closer pals.. No hard feelings. Now I watch folks engage in baseless, endless arguements & I just chuckle to myself. Then I remember when I used to be the Chairperson of that circle and I chuckle even more.. You hate someones views & guts so much that just reading an update from them can trigger a heart attack. Yet you cant ignore them. Neither do you delete them. Rather, you choose to spend all week abusing & busting your keypads on each other. Note that outside facebook, these kinda steamy & violent arguments never happen. Everyone has the courage to be a loud-mouthed zealot, only on facebook. LOOL. Its one thing to engage in enlightening arguments/discussions but its another to argue blindly & compromise your beliefs in the process. So, before you die trying to harbor every Tom, Harry & their varying lines of thinking, remember that youre under Zero Obligation to.. Happy Sunday People! :-D
