Facebook er blitt et lykkeland. Nå starter kampanjen Facebook for real. Målet er å sett fokus på det urealistiske lykkebildet folk tegner på Facebook med det mål å nå Mark Zuckerberg selv. Prosjektet er startet av UngHjelp som jobber med psykisk helse blant barn og unge. Vil du delta? Alt du trenger å gjøre er å dele et parodisk sosiale medier-bilde og bruke hashtaggene #facebookforreal og #heymark. UngHjelp sine Facebook-regler: - Thou shalt not take for granted that you are the most interesting photographical object on the planet. If that was the case you would probably be famous and rich by now. #selfies - Thou shalt try not to write updates with the intention to make your life sound overwhelmingly great. The only ones who find your constant happiness delightful are your parents, which equals about 0,4% of your readers. #happyness - Thou shalt attempt not to rub in our faces how blessed you and your partner are to have each other. We wish you two all the best, but please, don´t let your love become our spam. #dreampartner - Thou shalt seriously consider not sharing snapshots of your gourmet meals so people won´t think this is what you eat every day. If that is the case though, you should probably talk to a nutrition expert. #yummy - Thou shalt keep «best-time-of-my-life» holiday rapports down to a minimum. For every picture of a bright sunset, our day in the office gets that much darker. #sunsetonthebeach - Thou shalt not assume everybody wants to follow your training progress. Not all of us have running a marathon on the list of things to do before we die. #fit - Thou shalt avoid starting your day by blasting our news feed with pics of your fabulous outfit. Some of us prefer to live in the real world, not on a catwalk. #outfitoftheday - Thou shalt reconsider repeating updates about how great youre doing at work. If you’re looking for a raise, you’re better off just talking to your boss, anyway. #mycareer - Thou shalt think twice before using your children to send a message about how great parent you are. These are your children, for Christ´s sake. #supermum #superdad - Thou shalt always try to share content that´s not just self serving but does something positive for people viewing it. #facebookforreal Lykke til!
