Facebook fam, pray that each of you had a blessed fourth! Listen, to all of those who are doing the Proverbs Challenge, I hope that you remain faithful with it today as well. These last 3 days should have really been a blessing to you as we saw that getting the wisdom is a important factor as a Christian. In Chapter 1 those who disregard the wisdom of God and turn to their own desires, It says in verse 28 God will not answer them in their time of need and distress, for they shall call on God for help but he will not answer. But in verse 33 God says But whoso hearkeneth unto me shall dwell safely, and shall be quiet from fear of evil. What an awesome chapter. Then in chapter 2 He shows us the benefits in seeking wisdom. We have to make sure we are seeking after the wisdom of God and not what we want or what we think it should be. In verse 21 He says, For the upright shall dwell in the land, and the perfect shall remain in it. In chapter 3, in which my favorite verses are found verses 5&6 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. We have to get to the place in life where we are placing our faith and trust in The Lord always. When we lose faith in The Lord we lose sight of The Lord. You cant make in life with out Him. I thank God for Mr. & Mrs. Brown for tagging me. Make sure you read chapter 4 before the night is out.
