Facebook is a wonderful way to reach many of you who are asking about some details. The service will be Tuesday, Nov. 11 at the Inman Community Building, Gordon and Walnut. Doors open at 10 a.m. to greet the family; service at 11 a.m. followed by light lunch. Seats for 230. Yes, there is a memorial to the Kansas Sampler Foundation in c/o The Dad Fund. Funds will be used in ways we know Dad would want them used for the Foundation. Some have asked for an online link. It would be: https://kansassampler.org/supportus.php. Other than that I would say that your thoughts, well wishes, and kindnesses have made this a special time for our family. We have had many laughs, tears, hugs, stories but for some reason there is extra pie at the end of the meal. Someone must be missing. :) My humble Dad would be so touched and amazed by the attention. I think somehow it will be conveyed to him that he lived a meaningful, productive life full of love.
