Facebook is an ass, they make it virtually impossible to make money on a business page unless you PAY for ads. They make it so fans of your page dont get to see your posts unless they visit your wall. To help with this, friends, family, fans can share and like a pages post, that gets more exposure of that pages stuff out there! So, if you know a page owner, go to their page and start sharing, the page, or posts made by that page. Also like a lot of their posts! And follow that page and also click on the get notifications for that page!
