Facebook is now apparently forcing me to download their messenger application before it lets me see messages from friends. Its not bad enough that my facebook page ha snow been hacked multiple times because of thier fecal ideas on software and product development, which combined with multiple Facebook pages now being easily hijacked and leaving the real people high and dry, never mind how their apps continually crash all sorts of devices. I have had more then my fill - o imagine my surprise when they requested my feedback.... : to wit - To whom it may concern; I used messenger briefly and it compromises far too much of my personal information; and is way too invasive. If Facebook insists on forcing people to use messenger then I will simply have no choice but to cease and desist the use of the entire facebook service, and any - as well as all other associated applications that insist on sharing information in any way shape or form. SO in line with that - please send me e-mail to one of my addresses you may have because I will no longer be receiving messages via Facebook - I strongly recommend a program called Trillian which combines all the various chat and instant message applications all in one program that still allows you to control most of the aspects of all these messenger programs and applications. I see a dark future since Facebook is making more and more money off of exploiting these side applications by mass marketing their advertising and selling our information to other mass marketers ( I have direct association to piles of spam resulting from viewing one Facebook page or another) - meaning I am prety uch ready to suspend any and all use of anything that comes from the people behind Facebook, along with any program or application that asks for permission to share information with Facebook or asks if I want to use my Facebook login information. Far too much collusion and its only getting worse. Facebook does nothing in reality for me that I actually need - other then allow me to be somewhat lazy when it comes to making light of casual contact with friends and distant family - but absolutely nothing essential. So I would again point out that if you want to get hold of me - best not to use anything that even remotely looks like it has any inkling of any sort of association to them.
