Facilities Technician Our client is a large electronics manufacturing company located in Stafford Texas. We are seeking a mid level career minded Facilities Technician with a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in a manufacturing setting. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Communicates and is accountable for the preventive maintenance program to ensure safe, consistent and efficient operations. Manages all maintenance operations and monitors maintenance activities to ensure objectives specified for projects are accomplished with prescribed priorities and schedules. Monitors the use of maintenance supplies and equipment and initiates re-ordering when necessary. Monitors operations of plant equipment and systems. Maintains safety, health and environmental policies and procedures for entire facility. Ensures city, county, state and federal regulations relating to the maintenance department are met at all times. Works with Operations and all necessary departments to coordinate maintenance and repair activities in process areas to include equipment and facilities. Follows the documented management system, including the Quality Policy. Further, the employee is required to understand how their job can affect customer satisfaction and/or product quality.
