Facility Manager Facility Manager needed in Fyffe, AL for local residential programs. The Facility Manager is responsible for the ongoing management and operations of specified facilities including program management and operations management. This position is subject to E Verify standards as well as random drug testing. Experience in facility management is a plus. Supervision of Facilities for MR/DD consumers and the employees who care for them as outlined by the Program Director. Must have: Good organizational skills, be able to communicate well-both verbally and in written form, be able to maintain good relations with the service providers that serve our consumers, supervise and manage the overall operations of the program and its employees, be able to recognize when emergency care is needed, have strong computer skills (including Word, Excel, Email, Internet) maintain a positive professional attitude at all times and develop and implement new programs and ideas.
