Facts for today; You should know at the very outset of our journey together, is that the belief that everyone dies of cancer is a myth, another myth is; life ends with a diagnosis, that there is no longer any possibility of joy, fun, intimacy, work etc.. NOT TRUE! There are millions of people in the United States to whom cancer is a memory. Cancer is a serious illness, but there is hope, and hard scientific evidence that gives us reason to believe, however cancer is one of those extreme cases where the body needs help; but it doesnt mean the body is HELPLESS. Your mind and body plays one of the biggest parts to recovery, along with diet, it is important to control stress, unpleasant emotions, anxiety, and depression they have a tremendous negative impact on the the immune system. PLEASANT emotions ENHANCE the power of the immune system which is the bodys first line of defense against CANCER. Cancer will tell you you cant get up, you are not hungry, just lay there, but you must push... I find myself pushing everyday, some days better then others. Pray for me as I do for you !
