These teachings constitute E’Asha’s cumulative and on-going life-works to date, and she is, and always has been dedicated to Archival Historical Preservation & Protection of her original, authentic, verbatim AMCC-MCEO-GA™ & MCEO Freedom Teachings Series™ translations. In July 2012 E’Asha initiated litigation for reclamation of full ownership of her MCEO Freedom Teachings™ works, and for divorce. During the ensuing period of litigation, from July 2012 through June 17-26, 2014, E’Asha has been under “silence advisory” by her legal team. Due to the mandatory “litigation period silence advisory” to which she has adhered, E’Asha has been unable to speak out to counter this disinformation, or to correct the distortions of the MCEO Freedom Teachings™, that have been circulating on the internet during this period (and continue to do so), via the unknown sources responsible. The MCEO/AMCC-MCEO-GA, E’Asha, and the dedicated AMCC-MCEO-GA teams at ARhAyas Productions, LLC & E-LAi-sa Freedom Forum, LLC extend our heartfelt apologies to those in the online general public whom may have become ensnared, misguided or deceived due to this “viral disinformation/defamation campaign against the MCEO-Freedom Teachings™” that has been circulating (via various unknown internet sources) on the internet for the past 2 years. We would have very much liked to have spoken out to counter this disinformation, in order to protect you from any confusion or discomfort this may have caused you. Please understand that the best way such protection from deception can be offered is through securing the Archival Historical Preservation & Protection of E’Asha’s MCEO Freedom Teachings Series™ and restoring the MCEO Freedom Teachings Series™ to E’Asha’s original, authentic, verbatim translations. The litigation that E’Asha initiated in July 2012, in order to reclaim full ownership of her MCEO Freedom Teachings™, and for divorce, finally came to a close between June 17, 2014 and June 26, 2014. Following the “Final Settlement Proposal” that E’Asha offered between Jan-Feb.-2014, on June 17, 2014, a Good Will Settlement Agreement titled “Marital Settlement Agreement” with its inclusive “Assignment of Intellectual Property and Corporate Assets” was signed by E’Asha (Diane K. Deane), Michael C. Deane and Mary Anne Callaway. On June 26, 2014 this Marital Settlement Agreement”/ inclusive “Assignment of Intellectual Property and Corporate Assets” became a binding Court Order in the State of Florida, as part of the “Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage” Court Order that was granted to E’Asha (D.K. D.) in response to her 2012 petition for divorce (which included litigation for her Intellectual Property reclamation.) On June 26, 2014 these Court Ordered Documents (Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage”/inclusive Marital Settlement Agreement”/ inclusive “Assignment of Intellectual Property and Corporate Assets”), which were granted and ordered by Honorable Rochelle T. Curley-Circuit Court Judge-State of Florida-County of Sarasota, became Open Public Record. From E’Asha’s 7/2012 initiation of litigation it has been the position of she and her legal team that the Intellectual Property known as the “MCEO Freedom Teachings™” ( and all related listed inclusive common law trademarks, copyrights & names) were solely owned by E’Asha (D.K.D), the sole author and originator of these works. The “Marital Settlement Agreement”/ inclusive “Assignment of Intellectual Property and Corporate Assets”, both inclusive aspects of the 6/26/2014 Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage” Court Order, fully clarify that all MCEO Freedom Teachings™ materials (including related/listed common law trademarks, copyrights, and domain name/social media) have been fully and legally transferred to E’Asha/D.K.D, and prove that E’Asha Ashayana Arhayas/D.K.D. has full legal ownership of said Intellectual Property (which includes the “Azurite Press Website”), since the 6/17/2014 signing (by D.K.D., Michael Deane & Mary Anne Callaway) & 6/26/2014 Court Order ratification of these documents. These documents are currently Open Public Record in the state of Florida, and so we will here provide to you, for those whom may be interested in viewing the Factuality of these Good Will Settlement Agreement matters, an exact copy of the full public record document set, which includes the 6/26/2014 Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage” Court Order (2 pages) /inclusive 6/17-6/26/2014 “Marital Settlement Agreement” (11 pages) / inclusive 6/17-6/26/2014 “Assignment of Intellectual Property and Corporate Assets” (44 pages), including all signatory pages contained within. These documents are provided as a public courtesy, and to promote full clarity and transparency regarding these issues. The only information that will be “edited out” in these official documents is that pertaining to the “specific addresses, banking and credit card” data corresponding to all parties that is contained within these legal documents. This omission is rendered to respect and protect the personal privacy of all individuals concerned. The current “Status of Execution” of the terms set forth in these “Settlement Documents” is as follows: As of this 7/4/2014 writing, D.K.D/E’Asha Ashayana Arhayas is in full and timely compliance with all terms & conditions to which she has agreed, including full payment of the large “Settlement Sum” she agreed to pay in order to secure this settlement (& for which she had to take out a 30-year corporate-personal loan to cover). As of this 7/4/2014 writing, the other 2 parties signed in this Court Order “Good Will mutual Settlement Agreement” (Michael C. Deane & Mary Anne Callaway), are currently past due on fulfilling their obligations regarding all parts of the Intellectual Property Agreement. Also, the Azurite Press website was not intended to be closed, but as per the Intellectual Property Agreement, the domain name/access/all content of this web-site (& its related social media groups), as well as all other Intellectual Property, was supposed to be transferred to D.K.D/E’Asha within 10 Days of the 6/17/2014 mutual signing of the “Marital Settlement Agreement”/ inclusive “Assignment of Intellectual Property and Corporate Assets”. (Which became a Court Order upon the 6/26/2014 “Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage”). Currently, the AMCC-MCEO-GA, E’Asha/D.K.D. and her legal team are awaiting M.C.D & M.C. Good Will compliance with this Good Will Settlement Agreement/Court Order. We look forward to final closure and resolution regarding these issues, and hope that Settlement Agreement compliance obligations from all parties will be fulfilled this coming week.
