Faculty dismissal from service could be too harsh and extreme - TopicsExpress

Faculty dismissal from service could be too harsh and extreme punishment... Peace. There were many who must have much greater sins against the State. Many could had been easily understood to have committed high treason deserving immediate death penalty. Rather, they were elected as senators and presidents of the Philippines. Surely, many faculty members if not officials at MSU-iiT must had also committed much greater error against the laws and society as this one faculty member. But, these faculty members were not imposed any sanction or penalty. There is now one faculty member who may have acted short of expectations to some if not many, but surely must have had not acted unilaterally on the problem involved; if not many others in the group could had been found equally guilty on more serious cases of negligence, abandonment, etc., allowing this one faculty member to commit said supposedly error (in judgment, as anyone on their own could be). As such, there could be something wrong on the case. And so, the supposedly recommended punishment of dismissal from the service could be too much even for anyone. This faculty has never been known to be a recidivist. For this faculty member, the case could be a first time. In the spirit of the Christmas season year 2014, it is hoped someone could do something to correct this possible miscarriage of some too extreme justice, if not too extreme injustice to anyone. May everyone have a merry and blessed Christmas and be more prosperous in the coming new year. TRG & W – Thanks, Regards, and God bless you all; and Wassalam (Peace be with you all). Sincerely yours, Roberto A.U.
