Failure in only the stepping stone to success:- Recently, many exam results have been declared including IBPS RRB, IBPS PO, SSC CGL 2013 and SBI Clerk. Many candidates have made it to the list of selected candidates, but, due to limited number of seats or vacancies, lot more have to face failure in these exams. Life is full of ups & downs and full of success & failures. There is no success story in the world which has not been through failures and tough times. So, when we fail in life, at any stage, we should accept the failure and then take is as ground zero for the fight ahead. There are uncountable numbers of stories of successful people, who have faced big failures, multiple time, before they could taste the success. J. K. Rowling is one such success story. J.K Rowling, the author of Harry Potter, spoke to the graduating class of Harvard in June 2008. She didn’t talk about success. She talked about failures. “You might never fail on the scale I did,” Rowling told that privileged audience. “But it is impossible to live without failing at something, unless you live so cautiously that you might as well not have lived at all—in which case, you fail by default. She didn’t magically become richer than the Queen of England overnight. Penniless, recently divorced, and raising a child on her own, she wrote the first Harry Potter book on an old manual typewriter. Twelve publishers rejected the manuscript! A year later she was given the green light by Barry Cunningham from Bloomsbury, who agreed to publish the book but insisted she get a day job cause there was no money in children’s books. What if she stopped at the first rejection? The fifth? Or the tenth? The measure of success can be shown by how many times someone keeps going despite hearing only no. Decide what is important to you and take huge steps everyday even though it doesn’t seem like it’s working. Success doesn’t happen without failures. It’s reality. Deal with it. How bad do you want to achieve your goal? It better be so bad that rejection won’t derail you. These were not the last vacancies and these were not the last exams. SBI Associate PO, IBPS Clerk, SBI Associate Clerk, IBPS SO are lined up in coming months and more will come later on. So, lets fight, lets keep hope and lets succeed despite failures.
