Failure or success of a nation lies in the ability and capacity of its leader (s) to lead....more prosperous countries are those nations where leaders are redeemed either by law or personal ethics to repudiate partaking in the abuse or corruption…..these prosperous nations are nations where leaders are not pseudo-transformers and never contented with the status quo…… they think and project ahead for greater good for the nation: governance;just and fair domestic and foreign policy, development of local and national infrastructures, equitable system of jurisprudence, prosperous economic, employing civil servants on basis of merit, prosecutes corruption at all levels, deter practice of nepotism, favoritism….invest on ingenuity, innovation and creativity in academia esp in natural sciences….. Fails states are those whose leaders clings to power…..south sudan falls under the soon-to-be fail state based on the moves taken by salvatoria-in-out-mayarism that called for sacking of cabinet ministers without probable cause rather than his mediocre cognizance which led to the sentiment of insecurity….our incompetent leader did what he did out of fear that he could not compete on merit and ideas…he will be shameless hanged soon or later like sadam hussein of Iraq if not careful……people of south sudan must do whatever it takes to let go these blood thirst-tycoons-illiterates-power-mongers and ethnic based salvatoria kiir-in-out-mayarism, kuol many ju and the likes for the greater good and prosperous future of people of south sudan…..south sudan cant be a failed state after having had lost countless lives to have a nation…..mayarism must go in peace or die shameless death….
