#Fairfield CT-- An elderly man at 3840 Black Rock Turnpike apparently shot a woodchuck or groundhog in his garage and then turned the gun on his tenant threatening to shoot her cat. When police arrived he at first did not comply with officers orders to put the rifle down and he threatened to take his own life. Police were able to talk him out of it took him into custody. He was first transported by EMS for a cut on his head.
