Fake car hire operators invade Oyo State - Association. The Car Hire Owners Association of Nigeria, Oyo State branch, on Friday advised Nigerians to be security conscious when patronising car hire operators in the state. The Chairman of the association, Mr Adebayo Morenikeji, gave the advice in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Ibadan. He revealed that many customers, who patronise fake car hire service operators for trips to Lagos, had been robbed on the way. He, however, added that the association had evolved a regulatory framework to compel genuine members in the businessto register, adding that an identitycard and sticker would be issued to them for easy identification. He warned illegal operators to desist from the business, as the association would support all efforts to arrest impersonators. #Yk
