Fall is coming! The temperatures are dropping, and leaves are changing. Evolution tells our bodies its time to store up fat for the long hard winter, but the fact of the matter is, we have food readily available to us all winter! So we dont necessarily need to stock up. This time of year can create a lot of anxiety, so join me practicing some mindful eating! I created this 30 Day Challenge by Choice to start Sept. 8th. For 30 days the challenge is to eat one meal/snack/food mindfully. By practicing mindful eating we attune ourselves to our body and its needs and we dont overeat. Dont know what mindful eating is? No worries! Join the group and learn along with us! Darlene will be posting once a day about what mindful eating is, how to practice it or an exercise.
