Falsa Ice Lolly Recipe: Ingredients: Grewia (falsay) ½ kg Black salt ½ tsp Rose water 2 tbsp Sugar 1 cup Lemon juice 1 tbsp STEPS: Soak falsay overnight and keep in the fridge. The next day blend to a smooth puree, sieve and remove pulp, discard seeds. Now mix falsay puree with sugar, lemon juice, rose water and blend again. Fill mixture into plastic glasses, cover the top of glass with foil, insert a wooden ice-cream stick in the foil and place it in the freezer for 10 hours or until set. ENJOY
