Family Child Care Association of Kootenai County Spring Training 2014 Workshop, February 8, 2014 The Family Child Care Association of Kootenai County is now recruiting individuals from the community to present at the Eighth Annual Spring Training Workshop. This workshop, scheduled for Saturday, February 8, 2014, will be held at The Shrine Club, 1250 W. Lancaster Rd., Hayden, Idaho and is expected to draw more than 100 participants throughout Kootenai County. Our Workshop Theme this year is “Exploring the World with our Children At this time, the FCCA is looking for individuals interested in presenting one or more session. The participants at this workshop will consist primarily of family child care providers, teachers and aides from child care and development programs, administrators, and parents. Therefore the workshop topics related to early care and education of infants, toddlers, preschool, kindergarten age children, and their families are desired. The workshop is February 8, 2014 from 8 AM till 4 PM. There will be 30 minutes up to two hour sessions offered. We are offering this “ low cost” workshop to the community to help ensure that the child of Idaho are in a safe and nurturing environment so we reaching out to the community to share their expertise to help accomplish this goal . Handouts are the responsibility of the presenters.
