Family Files Suit over Photos Taken of Crash Victim The family of a crash victim has filed a lawsuit against an ambulance company and an EMT who took photos of their son after he was fatally injured in a car accident. The photos were then circulated throughout the West Virginia community. The suit claims the photos were "unsightly, intrusive and outside the bounds of decency." Depositions are scheduled for October.
