Family and Friends..... Well its about that time...Testimony time. In January I got food poison. My lymph nodes swole to the size of oranges. They compressed my right lung and it collapsed, it only functioned at 30% but I found out through this experience that 30% is a lot. It took them a few days and they pronounced it dead...A drown lung is the term. All my strength left, the left lung only functioned at 70% if that, they eventually put me on oxygen; yes I got a tank and I was struggling to live. I had to be in the bed for a better part of each day. I said to myself, Get the girls ready because its looking bad and heavens looking better. But the prayers of the righteous availeth much. God was merciful, he looked on me with compassion and Im singing...Dorinda Clark Coles song I am still here, its by the grace of God. Ive lived to see another year! My strength is returning and the left lung is functioning at greater than 70%. So thank you, thank you, thank you for the birthday wishes, cards, gifts, texts, calls and prayers. You all made my day so special. I love you ALL!!!
