Roasted Brussel Sprouts (Makes 4 servings) Needed: 1 pound Brussel Sprouts 2 - 3 tablespoons olive oil Salt, pepper, garlic salt to taste Directions: 1) Wash Brussels sprouts and cut in half (cutting off woody stem if there is one.) 2) Toss halves with oil, salt, and pepper and spread on a foil-lined baking sheet. 3) Bake at 400° for 35 minutes or until browned and slightly crunchy. Nutrition facts per serving: 100 calories, 7.3 g total fat (1.05 g saturated fat), 0 mg cholesterol 8 g carbohydrate, 3.3 g fiber, 3 g protein
