Family & friends, As most of you know, I had surgery on my right shoulder to repair a torn rotator cuff and to remove the artheritis and bone spurs. I have been home recuperating and performing physical therapy. Last week I had a set-back; not thinking I lifted my right arm up and tried to pull down the hatch on Barbaras van. Can we all say mistake? I knew you could... (thank you Mr Rogers ;) ha-ha) I saw the doctor today. He doesnt think I tore anything, maybe just a pinched nerve from the over extention, which will go away with exercise and pain meds (I hate medications). So needless to be said, I will be out of work for another 4 weeks recuperating. I will continue the daily meditations, to those on my email list, and am finishing up Septs Council newsletter, hopfully to send it out this Friday.
