Family is not always by blood relation. Joe was one of the best men in my life besides my father, my Uncle Keith and a few others. He was like a 2nd uncle to me. What I would give to hear his voice again... I dont know why God did this, but I guess it is for a reason. I still cant believe he is gone. He was VERY special to me. Joe was a kind hearted man with a beautiful soul who had a positive spirit. He always lit up the room and never let you leave without a smile on your face. I can hear his laughter in the back of my head like it was just yesterday. I will miss his laugh, his smile, his positive spirit, his jokes, and most of all his love. I wont EVER forget the times we golfed, played cards, Christmas times spent together, and for him always being there for me! I also am incredibly thankful that he was in my life to teach me how to be a good friend and person. Joe, you will forever be in my heart. It is very hard to stay positive like you always were but I am trying my very best. I am glad that you are finally in peace without suffering. I hope you are having a good time up in heaven with grandpa telling jokes, drinking a cold bruski, golfing and most importantly... Biking! Joe also served our country, and I couldnt be more proud of him! What a man he was..... The world lost an incredible man yesterday. I will continue trying to be more like you, Joe, and hope to see you again someday. Love, Miggity Moe.
