Fan Q I ladies please post. Hello everyone. I have a mommy question. Well potty training question. My BF and I have an 8 yr old daughter together and he has a 4 yr old with another. Which we now have custody of her since she was 2. Im stuck. Now when she lived with her mom they did try to train her before she was ready. And she did give her child showers for accidents. Everyone wanted her potty training and I know this to let her get ready on her own but sometimes financially we have few hard times so im also to blame on trying to train her. And this whole thing is stressful on her and myself. I want to let her be ready but the thing is She knows the potty she knows what its for sometimes she runs to use it sometimes she remembers but there are more accidents than success. She does go in the morning or after naps. Doesnt wet the bed of I dont give her a drink 1-2hrs before sleep. She when she succeeds I give her praise. And sometimes she likes to go potty when Her 8yr old step sister goes which I dont mind. But with all this struggle I have with her and potty training I feel still that she is not as ready as she wants to be. Idk what to do. everyday is me her and her accidents I think I have tried everything to get it done but what I really want to do is stop and just wait til she is ready. I do have to talk to my BF. But what should I do? In making this better experience for her and myself. I want to finally just make this a success. Im at my wits end. And Im ready to make sure everyone on the family knows that what I want is for her to feel comfortable and not pressured when she may not be quite as ready. She is 4 and we had 1.5 years of Unsuccessful training. What should I do hope do I handle it now with what experience she does have. Should I go to pullups how should I handle her dirty pullups. Basically how many steps back should I take to get back on the right track? If you understand what I mean? Do I go back to changing her myself or let her do that. Tips of proper supplies if needed. (Have potty chair underwear, training pants, can get more pullups have some wipes can get more) please help and please I hope no one bashes or whatever I feel bad for not standing up for her from the start on this whole potty training dream RP Autumn
