Fan Q: Im sorry for all these questions but Im new to this. Some girls on the team are intimidated by the coach and freeze at practice and sometime at games. The coaches daughter plays on the team and 2 games ago struck out each time she was up to bat and cried heavily. With last night being are only 2nd game Im noticing some changes that I think should happen. Our only lefty thats at 1st has been missing every throw to her. The 2 right outfielders need to be split since they talk and giggle all the time. He puts every girl in the same position every practice and game. Shouldnt we move girls around to see what their strengths are? The outfielders get no at action seeing how no ball are hit that far during a game and Im sorry but they look board. So my questions are: 1) Should the coach change up girls to see what is their weakness and strengths? 2) How can we get the girls to be more at ease when the head coach is there.
