Fan question: Im currently 34wks4days pregnant, fourth pregnancy. I have two kids and had one early mc. I have a history of anxiety. This pregnancy it has came back with a vengeance! One of my big triggers is being someplace where I feel like I cant leave right away...feeling stuck there. My OB doesnt feel comfortable giving me any meds during pregnancy. She just keeps telling me to see a counselor. Hard finding one wth my insurance and honestly the thought of going and sitting in the waiting room and then the office worries me in itself. It was a big struggle to attend my own baby shower. My ultimate fear isnt pain of birth its being admitted to the hospital for it and no way out. Im desperate for ANY ideas on how to cope!
