Fan question...My daughter plays on a 12U team. She is an average player. Probably about 7th or 8th best on the team. She often sits the bench. She has not athletic ability or natural talent and has gotten as good as she is through tons of hard work. My question is does anyone else have this issue and what can be done to help her improve and get better? She is improving, but not at the rate as those with natural talent. And should we even be concerned about her abilities? We work with her constantly when she is not at practice or at pitching lessons. She is only 10 years old. She is completely committed and tries harder than anyone I know.
