Fan vent: Can I just vent for a second? Why do I always get neighbors who dont know how to take care of dogs? :( I live in a duplex and about 2 weeks ago got new neighbors. They have what looks like a pit mix SKINNY as hell like they dont feed it! Ive seen him eating but Im sure its not enough! I can see his ribs for gods sake! And I just let my dog out to potty and he was STILL tied up outside to the tree, been there since about 10am? Its now 7pm I live in Florida so its not terribly cold BUT the temp was hot earlier and now a little chilly. Im sure hes cold being that he barley has any meat on his bones:( I just wanna take him into my house and keep him! He looks so freaking sweet doesnt even bark at us when we go out! I just hate it:( and I have no idea who to call! Plus I dont want them knowing I called :/ breaks my heart! Just needed to vent! Posted by : #melliebean
