Fani-Kayode says Jonathan will split Nigeria if he fails 2015  Former Minister of Aviation Chief Femi Fani-Kayode has accused President Goodluck Jonathan of nursing a hidden agenda to split the country if failed to return as president in 2015. Kayode told newsmen in Minna yesterday that the interference of the Presidency in the Nigeria Governors Forum (NGF) led to the division of the forum. “The interference of the presidency in Nigeria Governors Forum is a game plan and a clear indication that if President Goodluck Jonathan loses next election, he will plot for the division of the country”, he said. The former minister said he was optimistic that opposition parties would wrestle power from Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), saying however that the nation should be prepared for breaking away, if PDP fails at the poll. “It is only in Nigeria that a loser with the backing of the Presidency can declare himself the winner leading to the splitting of NGF. This is a pre-requisite for 2015 when the President is defeated, he will declare himself the same way as it happened in NGF and try to split the country the same way of the NGF”, he said. Kayode, who was once a chieftain of the ruling PDP, warned that if PDP retains power beyond 2015, he foresees doom for the country.
