Fans Favourite Recipe Of The Week - Herbal Duck Soup Ingredients: 600 g duck, cut into bite-sized pieces 1.2 litres water Chinese Herbs (A): 15 g tong sum 15 g yuk chok 15 g dried longan 15 g sook tei 5 g chuen koong 10 g tong kwai 2 pieces liqourice Ingredients for Seasoning (B): 1 tsp salt 1 tsp chicken stock granules Method: 1. Place water in a double boiler and bring water to boil. Add in duck and herbs and place the double boiler in the boiler. 2. Double-boil for 1 1/2 hours or until the duck meat is tender and soft. 3. Season with salt and chicken stock granules. 4. Dish onto serving boils and serve hot.
