Fantastic technique from Arsen Galstyan. I love this guys style because hes smooth, explosive and grips primarily left handed which can really through off a standard gripper (which is most of them)... You can see some really great set ups from the left hand grip in this video, and since I teach primarily left hand grip (because it was my style back in the day as well) you guys shouldnt have to hard of a time trying to implement some of these drills in class. :)
