Fantasy football drafts are complete. NFL starts tomorrow. I love this time of year. Its a close second to the Holiday Season. Blood, sweat, tears, testosterone, broken bones, bone crunching hits, and concussions - only a mans illogical, demented thought process could allow him to love a game that, in all likelihood, was a major contributor to his now terminal condition. Would I do it all over again knowing that I would end up with ALS? If I let my testosterone hormones answer for me, the answer is a resounding YES. Only this time I would work harder to get a scholarship. The really insane part is I would gladly endure more hits, more pain, more concussions to play football at a NCAA Division II school (I had the size but not the height - 511). And I probably would end up with ALS at an earlier age. I could write a longer essay about this subject, perhaps I will. Now that the Public Service Announcement is over, I need to look over my starting lineups for this week HAPPY FOOTBALL SEASON! Kip
