Fastings and prayer is very important saints. It is more powerful than a regular prayer. It tells God you are serious and you mean business because you are denying your flesh from food and water ect.. You are also putting your flesh into subjection to God. It strengthens your spiritual life. Fastings and prayer needs to be apart of your Christian life. It destroys demonic strongholds, it helps you hear from God clearly and it gets powerful results. I encourage you to make fastings and prayer apart of your life. You could do it once or twice a week or how ever many days the Lord leads you. God bless you!!!
