Father God in the name of Jesus, we make supplications, prayers, intercessions and the giving of thanks for all men: for kings and for all that are in authority in this nation that we (the church) may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all Godliness and honesty. Your word says that when the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice. Therefore we pray for righteousness into the hearts of all our leaders. We ask you to direct their hearts and minds to make decisions in line with your will. Remove from office those who stubbornly oppose righteousness replacing them with those who will follow your appointed course for this nation. Men make mistakes but you oh God are the great Rectifier and the Great Changer. You are the great ONE of grace who watches over our mistakes and turn them to our good. A house divided against its self cannot stand; therefore change the voices of influence to speak in agreement with your word. We thank you Lord that in your eyes South Africa is the heart of Africa. We confess that the land and its people are free of wars and conflicts. We stand against all the wicked plans of the evil one against this nation politically, financially and in the area of sickness and disease on epidemic levels. We fear not and we hear not the worlds report or the report of those who know nothing about what the Lord is doing in this nation. LORD we say before you today that no sickness or disease can stop this nation or our churches or our families or our bodies. Corruption and unemployment can not stop this nation. We confess and believe that the people of the land hear from the heaven concerning their vote and are obedient to go out and cast their vote in faith. We confess and believe that we as a nation will have the right president in office, Gods choice! We declare that the people of SOUTH AFRICA are diligent to seek God concerning this nation. Therefore the nation is Blessed and its people are blessed and the blessing is flowing out from this nation into Africa and the world. We declare that Jesus is Lord over this land and its people!
