Father, we come to thank You for this day. Each day is renewed and so when we say thank You it is renewed with much joy and thanks giving. We give You all the honor and praise. We glorify Your Holy name. The angels minister to You in Heaven and obey Your every command. Father help us to be as obedient and trust worthy. We try but we fail to be a perfect people. Our love falls short of loving our neighbor as our self. When asked for bread we offer a stone. When asked for clothing we, say go and be dressed. Father times are changing and people are the reason. Locked doors, security cameras, fences, dogs, fire arms, police, neighbor hood watch groups and we still aren’t safe. We’ve strayed so far from what You planned for us to be. Father is there hope of change for the better? We have a generation were the abnormal is for one to go to church much less be a Christian or follower of Jesus. We pray for these who don’t know You. Help us to let our light shine into their darkened world or let our salt preserve them until salvation comes. Let Your preventing grace keep them until saving grace comes into their hearts. Father help us to be more like You in all we are. Keep our little ones safe. Protect our warriors and comfort their families. In Jesus name. Amen.
