Father, we want to know You better. We want to be closer. We want to be free from worry and anxiety about our future. This Easter, purify us Lord, give us a fresh new start in trusting that You have our best interests in mind, and by sticking close to You and following Your instructions it will all turn out okay. Your word says, ...he hears us whenever we ask for anything that pleases him. And since we know he hears us when we make our requests, we also know that he will give us what we ask for (1 John 5:14-15).
