Favourite Sunday Dinner? Looks like beef or lamb for this contributor. The first photo with the cattle beast, appeared in our posts by others last week and received heaps of positive comments, but was also the subject of attack by others and had to be deleted. :( But lets face it. Both pics highlight the total unconcern from stock when witnessing death. The second pic is of a lamb homekill, with cattle grazing completely unfazed in the background. Some curiosity may arise (generally the gunshot catches their attention), but as for fear? terror? even minor concern? Those of us who were fortunate enough to have a solid grounding in real food preparation, from the time we were knee high, understand this. For others, rest assured - what you may read from the anti livestock brigade may be as real as the tooth fairy. :) So come on, share your homekill pics. We are realists after all.
