Fayose, what is your plan for Ekiti people? - TopicsExpress

Fayose, what is your plan for Ekiti people? Those who are close to Fayose should advise this man. We are no fools! One week or so in government with no machinery of government formed yet...and you are talking of environmental violation that is NOT a new violation. How on earth can this violation be a priority at this point in time. Its obvious that we are back to the season of anomie again where victimization and maybe elimination of political opponents may soon start reigning again. Omirin can own a hundred petrol stations without running foul of the code of conduct law...its common sense, he doesnt have to run it! He can employ people to run it for him. Did Obasanjo close down Obasanjo Farms when he was President? Omirin was a practicing private medical practitioner before he became Speaker...and YES, a private medical practitioner can own a fuel station. If these are legitimately acquired property, then everyone should shout on Fayose now before its too late. Otherwise, we all will be in Egypt far earlier than we anticipated. You dont want a public officer to steal and you dont want the same public officer to invest his resources. Even if the fuel station is a product of corrupt practices, then Fayose is not the court; he should report Omirin to the anti-corruption agencies instead of resulting to self-help. The statement released by the governor smacks of subtle blackmail and intimidation. He should not hide behind a finger to perpetrate evil. The statement to my mind is even pedestrian and his media handlers need to do better. People, including me are waiting for his policy direction and programs. Hes the governor and everyone should support him...but that will not happen when hes deliberately pursuing irrelevancies and unnecessary distractions. Last week it was a debt of 87billion, then 50 billion and when Fayemi came out to debunk that with facts and figures; then he said no money was left in treasury ,again Fayemi said he left over a billion Naira and stated the accounts....they moved again. This week its 50 million Naira bed!!! If he thinks there is corruption, he should report to the EFCC/ICPC instead of all these noise. Adedamola. DADA
