Fear Tip: Its enjoyable to occasionally experience some degree of an adrenaline rush since it puts your mind in a state of excitement. For some reason, being in a situation that triggers social anxiety may also trigger some adrenaline. Being in a place crowded with people will either make me feel withdrawn and out of place OR it can make me feel jumpy, hyper, and excited (adrenaline). Experiencing the latter is usually better. It is possible to experience this rush by thinking about fear. People go to watch scary movies because the thrilling rush of fear is quite enjoyable! Fear is different than anxiety. Fear involves more of an intense rush while anxiety just makes you feel withdrawn and uncomfortable. I think its possible to use fear as a way to increase your level of mental excitement in life and to manage symptoms like lack of motivation, depression, fuzzy thinking, and more. youtu.be/buFR0RgEuyk
