Feast impossible happen yesterday. There where a few issues yesterday. The first one was me showing up 2 hours late. My feast menu was a little ambitious for the equipment that was there. For all the set backs, feast happen. The feast would not happen if I did not have an incredible staff. Where do I start? Sir TJ, who brought his grill and browned and cooked the meat and helped with the shopping. Master Thomas (Tomas De Montroig), who maned the one and only stove we had. Bozjana (Kathleen Fitz Gerald) for making fresh gnocchi on site and all the prep work. Drynth(sp) for all the prep work. Baroness Q(Carolyn Quenstedt) for all the prep work. Baron Mathiu(Lyle Lyle McElrath) for showing up and relieving a lot of my pressure. I want to thank everyone that help me out in the kitchen and putting up with my shit and getting it done. David Ruble, for making all the bread and helping with the pies. Thank you all for giving up your whole day and dealing with my brand of crazy. Thank you.
