We moved to the area to be closer to family and wanted to find a community with art, music, outdoor recreation and natural beauty. • What inspires you to create art? My art is an extension of me. I sculpt what I find beautiful and compelling. • How did you become an artist? I am self-taught but have been drawn to art and sculpting since childhood. • What are your interests outside of art? I enjoy hiking and spending as much time in nature as possible as well as being with my family. • Why have you chosen to participate in the Paws for Celebration Benefit? I am a huge animal lover and I think this is a very important cause. • How can the public reach you if they are interested in seeing more of your work? I have workfor sale at the Red Wolf Gallery on Main Street in Brevard, Allanstand and Biltmore Craft Gallery (both Southern Highland Craft Guild galleries), Signature Contemporary Craft Gallery in Atlanta and Signature 9 gallery in Roanoke, Virginia.
