February 2013- 98.5kg; 15% body fat; March 2013- horrible injury-4 weeks off training; May 2013- 94kg, 16.5% body fat, then 2 weeks on the road, 6 weeks off training, then back to the gym 4 times a week for 3 months, a week off, then 20 days of INTENSE training and STRICT diet; had 120 working days with no day off this summer, meanwhile had loads of fun and good times with Teodora Mancheva.... The end result: 89.5kg, 10.5% body fat- compared to May- a total of 5kg lost, 6kg of fat lost, 1.5kg of lean muscle gained, 9cm lost off my waist line, great improvements in some body parts....... And after all this I have people telling me I make no progress.... Seriously?
