February 2014 Dear Parents: With registration underway and baseball/softball right around the corner, the management of the WBL and WFL would like to inform the parents of Wickliffe about the facts for the 2014 season and the future... • There has been an official split of FastPitch Softball (Wickliffe Fastpitch League) and Baseball (Wickliffe Baseball League) in the City of Wickliffe, to commence immediately. • There will be an equitable split of the fields, equipment, finances, and space at the Provo House. • Opening Day for baseball will be on May 10, 2014....the Wickliffe FastPitch League has not yet discussed opening day, but stay tuned to WickliffeFastPitch.org for details. • Each side will seek team sponsors separately. • Registration Dates: Wickliffe Baseball League: (https://sites.google/site/wickliffebaseball) Saturdays, February 8 – 15 - 22 @ the Provo House, 10am-12pm Mail in – C/O WBL; 28855 Euclid Avenue, Wickliffe, Ohio 44092 Wickliffe FastPitch League: (WickliffeFastPitch.org Saturdays, February 8 -15 -22 @ the Wickliffe Public Library, 10am-12pm Monday-Wednesday-Friday @ Critical Systems (29311 Euclid Ave) 9am-3pm (exact change or check only) Mail in - C/O Wickliffe FastPitch League; 1836 Lincoln Road, Wickliffe, Ohio 44092 You can register your children up with either the WBL or WFL. Your daughter(s) and/or son(s) fees will be transferred to the proper league. Both sides will honor the family discount. (There is NO lottery cost when registering your daughter.
